Cancellation and Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please contact us with any questions or needs regarding our products. The policies outlined below explain our procedures for cancelling and returning orders.

 

Cancellation Policy:

You may request the cancellation of your order by contacting us before your order has been shipped. Cancellation requests will be processed as quickly as possible if they are made while the order is still in the preparation stage.

Cancellation requests may not be accepted after your order has been shipped. In this case, you can wait for the delivery of the product and proceed with the return process.

 

Return Policy:

In the event of dissatisfaction with our products, you may initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in fully resalable condition. Please allow 3-5 business days for the inspection and completion of the return process.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items, but shipping costs will be covered by us if the product is faulty or sent incorrectly.

To help us process your return request and provide you with better service, please include a brief note specifying the reason for the return inside your return package.

After your request is approved, you will be provided with instructions for the return or cancellation process.

Send the items to be returned or cancellation to our return address along with their original packaging.

After the returned or cancellation items are received and inspected by us, the process will be completed.

Refunds may take a few business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

 

Please note that returns or cancellation not made in accordance with the return and exchange procedure may not be accepted or may result in delays.
